Terms and Conditions Exhibiting Vehicles.
Including, Cars, Lorries, Motorcycles and coaches.
Setup: Gates will be open to exhibitors from 08.00
Show breakdown: Exhibitors will not be allowed to leave until 16.30, unless instructed to do so by a marshal, and then will need to be escorted out.
There will be no vehicle movement between the hours the show is open (10am – 4.30pm) without authorisation. This is a static show.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when on the show field and in the public car park. Owners MUST tidy up after their dogs.
This event is run solely by volunteers and we will not tolerate any aggressive or negative behaviour towards the marshal’s or persons on site, anyone doing so will be escorted off site.
No Exhibit, No Pass.
Exhibitor gates close at 10am and will reopen at 4.30pm.
Please make sure you are on site before 10am.
The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor
Exhibitors may be photographed, filmed or recorded for marketing, broadcast or security purposes during the Show. By attending the Show, exhibitors authorise such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use their images, likeness and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit.
The Owners and Riders of the exhibit or entry must be covered by a minimum of a current Third-Party Insurance Policy, including Exhibitor use; a copy of which MUST be made available for inspection by an event official if requested.
Owners must ensure Riders are fully competent and have a valid and appropriate licence and be qualified to ride or handle the exhibit or entry.
NO Motorcycle may be left running unattended. Unattended Motorcycles MUST be left securely ‘braked and immobilized’ (ignition keys must be removed).
Please note that, for Health & Safety reasons, you must not move your exhibiting motorcycle or exit your designated area prior to 16.30 on the day of the show. In exceptional circumstances a motorcycle may be moved if under the control of a Marshal, this can be arranged with the organiser. At least half an hour will be required to organise this.
A MAXIMUM speed of 5 MPH shall apply to all moving vehicles on the site or any part of the Henstridge Airfield. Any exhibitor found to be exceeding the speed limit will be asked to leave.
All owners and riders must obey Marshals’ instructions and not inconvenience or endanger any persons or animals on the site or on any part of Henstridge Airfield.
Owners are responsible for their own personal effects; the event organisers take no responsibility for loss or damage how so ever caused.
Data Protection. Your name, address, telephone number, email and motorcycle details will be collected by and on behalf of Wings and Wheels Henstridge. This will be used for the event management and entry list. It will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose or shared with other organisations, you have the right to withdraw your consent to use your data.
The long and short of it is be sensible and we will all have a great time.
