Trader’s and Stalls

Welcome traders! Our event offers a unique platform for a diverse range of items – from auto and aero jumble to tools and vintage clothing. While our show may not be the largest, it promises a fantastic day with the potential of over 2000 visitors eager to explore your goods.

Please be aware that certain items are not permitted for sale at our event. This includes flying models, kites, radio-controlled toys, animals, counterfeit goods, or anything offensive. Additionally, food sales are restricted as Food Concessions and Ice Cream slots are already filled.

As a responsible trader, we trust you’ll have public liability insurance and commit to keeping your area tidy. All rubbish should be taken with you post-event to maintain the cleanliness of the site. Please note, failure to comply with this could result in being excluded from future events. We’re proud of our bustling tradeline, a hub of activity and a treasure trove for shoppers.

Your pass will allow 1 vehicle and 2 adults into the show. Additional staff will need to pay the normal admission price.

You must allow space on your stall space for your vehicle.

There is NO facility for overnight parking on site.

Stalls cost £30 for a 4m frontage space. This is payable on demand during the show day, and certainly before you leave.
