Cancellation Policy

Wings & Wheels Henstridge is committed to delivering an exceptional event experience. However, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require event cancellation or postponement.

Force Majeure Events

The event may be cancelled, postponed, or curtailed without liability if circumstances arise that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, including severe weather, storms, flooding, lightning, or other natural disasters
• War, threat of war, armed conflict, terrorist attack, or threat of terrorist attack
• Civil unrest, riot, or public disorder
• Government action, regulation, or restriction (including airspace closures)
• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency
• Fire, explosion, or structural damage to the venue
• Failure of essential services including power, water, or communications
• Industrial action or strikes affecting essential services
• Any other event that makes it impossible, unsafe, or impractical to hold the event

Weather-Related Cancellations

As an outdoor aviation and vehicle event, Wings & Wheels Henstridge is particularly susceptible to weather conditions. Decisions regarding weather-related cancellation will be made by event organisers in consultation with aviation authorities and safety advisors. Flying displays may be cancelled or modified independently of the ground event if aviation conditions are unsuitable.

Refund Policy

In the event of a complete cancellation before the event date:

• Full refunds will be issued for all ticket purchases
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days
• Ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at purchase

In the event of postponement:

• Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date
• Ticket holders unable to attend the new date may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement

In the event of partial cancellation (e.g., flying displays cancelled due to weather, but ground event proceeds):

• No refunds will be offered as the event will continue with the ground-based attractions
• The advertised programme is subject to change and specific displays cannot be guaranteed

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for tickets if you are unable to attend for personal reasons. We recommend checking weather forecasts and travel conditions before setting out on the day.

Exhibitor and Trader Cancellations

Exhibitors and traders who have registered for the event should refer to the terms and conditions provided during registration. In the event of force majeure cancellation, exhibitor fees (if applicable) will be refunded in accordance with our exhibitor terms.

Notification

In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will notify ticket holders as soon as reasonably practicable via:

• Email to the address provided at purchase
• Announcement on our website
• Posts on our official social media channels

Limitation of Liability

Wings & Wheels Henstridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from event cancellation, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation bookings, loss of enjoyment, or any other expenses incurred in anticipation of attending the event.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all ticket holders consider taking out appropriate travel and event cancellation insurance to cover any personal losses that may arise from event cancellation or your inability to attend.
